C.R.O.S.S. provides tactical curriculum, instruction and legal certification to civilians, law enforcement and military personnel. Cross instructors are real world practitioners teaching combative skills. Cross is not a martial arts school. There is value in learning martial arts for tradition, exercise, and discipline; however, our concepts are from a combination of many arts. Our application is focused on the martial part of the arts. Our no nonsense tactical approach to self protection is for the real world. In our seminars, you will learn concepts that you can literally apply after class in a real life or death situation. Our concepts, although extremely affective, do not take years to master nor do they require extreme athleticism. We pride ourselves with instructors that provide a safe non egotistical environment that allows our students to learn at their own pace and with confidence.
About Bob Lemmons
A southern Indiana native, Bob Lemmons is a graduate of Louisville Metro Basic, Intermediate and Advanced SWAT School. He has trained with some of the leading instructors in the country in both firearms and edged weapons including Michael Janich, Kyle Lamb, Bob Vogel and more. Bob is a member on a multiple jurisdiction SWAT team, entry team and sniper unit.
